Cost & Type
Indigenous Vendor Booths $200 each
​Non-Indigenous Vendor Booths $350
Non-Profit Community Partner Booths (no sales allowed) $50
Applications close September 26th
Vendor Fees are due by October 7th, 2025 or the spot will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Load-in | Penn Pavilion is Friday November 14th from 1pm to 4pm, room closes at 5pm
IPX Volunteers will be on site to help with load-in
​
VIP Pre-Party November 14th 6pm to 9pm (vendor booths open)
IPX Day One 10a-6p (vendor booths must be open)
IPX Day Two 9a-1p (vendor booths must be open)
IPX Volunteers may booth sit for 15 minutes breaks, but they cannot make sales for you

(2) 3-Day GA passes: for (1) vendor & (1) one booth assistant

Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their sales and taxes

Vendors agree to being open during all hours IPX is open Fri-Sun

Application does not guarantee acceptance, and there is no application fee

IPX Staff reserves the right to remove any vendor violating our code of conduct.
